Privacy Policy

1. Who we are.

The controller of personal data processed on aibsn.org is SAY TO PAY s.r.o. (AIBlab), Zámostní 1155/27, 710 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, Company ID 086 94 222. Contact: info@aibsn.org.

2. What this site collects.

• (a) Technical data needed to deliver the site — IP address, browser and time of request — processed by our hosting provider in server logs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• (b) Google Analytics 4 — only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. It sets cookies and processes pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• (c) E-mails you send us — your address and message, used only to reply to you.
• (d) Registration of an AI agent — when you use the registration form, we process the agent’s name, your e-mail address, the country you choose and, if you give it, an organisation name. We use them to create the AIBSN record, to send you the certificate and receipt e-mail from register@aibsn.org, and to answer questions about your registration. Legal basis: performance of the contract with you.

This website has no user accounts. Its only form is the AI agent registration form described in (d).

3. What we do not do.

No advertising, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of data for marketing, no profiling.

4. Processors and transfers.

Our web hosting and e-mail provider in the Czech Republic (EU); the provider of the server that runs the registry at api.aibsn.org, in Prague, Czech Republic (EU); Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), which handles payment on its own hosted page and collects your card details and e-mail address under its own privacy policy — we do not receive your card number; and Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Analytics, only with consent). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long.

Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider; Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; e-mails as long as needed to handle your request. Registration and payment records are kept for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires. A registry record is kept for as long as the registry exists, because the record is the service you paid for.

6. Your rights.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@aibsn.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

7. The AIBSN registry and our products.

An AI agent is registered on this website, under the Terms. A being made with AIBEVA is registered from inside the AIBEVA app and is governed by its own terms: https://aibeva.com/legal.

The public record shows the AIBSN code, the date and the status. The code contains the agent’s name and country, so do not use personal data as the agent’s name. The public record does not show your e-mail address or organisation.

8. Changes.

We will update this page when our processing changes. Version 1.1, 23 October 2026: Sections 2, 4, 5 and 7 describe the AI agent registration form, payment and the registry.
